In this solo episode, I share a practice that has changed my life. Just like lawyers cross examine opposing witnesses to attack their credibility, you can do the same to your negative thoughts. Beliefs are thoughts that you have evidence to support and that you repeat. When you cross examine your negative thoughts, they have a hard time becoming beliefs.
